Can anyone assist me with my issue of not connecting to a BRC300 Controller from the Harmony Composer.

I have set up a Test Bailey Set for testing purposes and unfortunatey I can't connect to the Controller from the Composer. Everytime I try to Connect it brings up an error message in a error dialog box as follows:

Failed to Connect to Composer Serial COM2-19.2k
Fatal 13 (DD): Error Communicating to ICI.
Fatal 21 (SUBS): Connect to ICI failed.
HRESULT=80041002

My setup of is as follows:

This is my set up:

1. BRC300 controller configured and connected at the back plane of MMU to NTMP01 card using NKTU01 cable

2. INNIS21 configured and connected at the backplane of another MMU below where the BRC sits. INNIS21 connected to NTCL01 using NKLS01
INNPM12 connected adjacent to NIS21 on the same module.

3. All module leds are ok but I can’t connect at the Composer End to do the testing.

Did I miss anything to cause the error of not connecting from Composer to the Test Controller?

I'm getting the exact same error message today on a system that has worked fine for years. Anyone have any ideas?
