PLS we have an activated alarm MK6 from viproS and after the diagnostic check we found this activated ALM"G1/L4ETR1_FB voting mismatch =====and=== TRIP RELAY ETR CONTACT 01 MISMATCH REQUESTED STATE". we tried to RESET the vipro from the toolbox but it seem that the alm is activated,

The <S> VPRO is also called <Y>.

Since the VPRO trips the turbine if an overspeed is detected OR if the rate of change of the turbine speed exceeds a pre-programmed level it's likely there's a problem with the speed pick-up providing the signal to <Y>.

There should be other Diagnostic Alarms associated with the <Y> VPRO to help troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

There are also some discrete inputs to the trip card (TREG for a gas turbine) that could be causing a problem--but that should also result in one or more Diagnostic Alarms for that and the other two VPRO cards in the <P> core.

Have you tried giving the unit a Master Reset from the HMI? (No; it should not trip the turbine if it is running and a Master Reset is initiated for the HMI. That presumes the other Process- and Diagnostic Alarms are all understood.)

When all else fails, you could try re-booting the <Y> VPRO by cycling the <Y> power switch in the <PD> core. (No; this should not result in a turbine trip if the unit is running if all the other Process- and Diagnostc Alarms are understood.) switch the power off; wait about 20-30 seconds; then switch the power back on.

If that doesn't resolve this issue, provide a comprehensive list of Diagnostic- and Process Alarms and be prepared to replace the VPRO with a spare VPRO.
