Sentronic analog valve

Our application has a proportional valve [Brand: ASCO Numatics & Model: Servo valves series 601 with Analogic control] of range 0-12 Bar for with relative output is 0-10V DC respectively. This model has an inbuilt feedback.

I've calibrated this valve for 0-3 Bar for an output range 0-10V DC respectively.

The problem is, without load, the inbuilt feedback is good; But, with load, the feedback results in error.

Looking for suggestions / ideas to fix this problem...
