We have recently have had cases of excessive bucket rock on our Frame-6 Stage 1 buckets. on doing the standard pin checks the wear is within limits as specified by the OEM.
A few of us have theorized that the loss of the material at the top of the turbine wheel platform may be responsible. has anyone faced this problem? or any info to lead in the right direction would be very helpful.
