Gain Scheduling based Observer Design

Hello All Control Engineers,

I am Master Student of Automation Engineering in Germany. I am designing a Gain Scheduling based Observer for inverted Pendulum for its entire space on MatLab simulink. it is Leumberger type of Observer with Gain scheduling property. Poles are calculated by taking absolute value of eigen value of system matrix and then multiplying it by factor of 2 for the reason being poles of observer should be faster then system poles. and then in between those linearized points where observer is defined I use linear interpolation technique. I have tried a lot of things but nothing is really working do you guys have some suggestions for me, how can I accomplish my task?
