Above all excuse me, because my English is good but not perfect. because of change the specification of the fuel gas of the turbine, now when starting turbine it reach to accelerating with out continuing to full speed. so what is the solution for this problem? please help

There is too much information you haven't provided for us to be of much help. You haven't even told us what kind of turbine control system is in use on the turbine at your site to be able to say, "Change [parameter] or [that parameter and that parameter]."

If the gas fuel make-up has changed, it's likely best to submit a fuel analysis to an engineering company qualified to make recommendations for the specific type of unit at your site. You will need to provide information about gas fuel pressure, temperature, fuel nozzle orifice sizes, fuel control valve sizes (internal trim), type of combustion system (conventional diffusion flame or DLN), etc.

If the gas fuel make-up is expected to vary over time, then it's best to get the engineering firm to propose some kind of variable fuel measurement and control system to prevent the need for re-doing this process again and again as fuel changes (a lot of sites are having to do this because they are using LNG from various sources--all natural gas is not the same, unfortunately).

Unfortunately, it's not as simple as just changing fuel parameters (Control Constants), as failing to observe pressure drops across valves and nozzles can lead to catastrophic failure either very quickly or over time. The best thing to do is to get a qualified firm or individual to evaluate the conditions at your site, and the expected long-term operating conditions, and make appropriate recommendations. Just jacking up the fuel flow-rate may--or may not--be the right thing to do, now or in the future.
