Rs5k and Prosoft MV156E_MNET to BN 3500

All...i need assistance in this operation. I have installed a Prosoft module and am unable to communicate to the Bentley Nevada 3500 Gateway module via Enet. Any advice or assistance will be appreciated. I am also looking for a systems integrator to do this if anyone can recommend one.
