Dear All,

Now, today i'm in a fix as I have yet to figure the issue for I/P transducer which is acting abnormal, meaning, that its not giving an output of 3-15 PSI.

Now, I have checked the input current to I/P at the terminals which is coming as 5ma and 23 ma corresponding to o% & 100%. Same current input is also noted at the controller terminal.

Next step, I did was to check the I/P transducer as per manufacturer troubleshooting step. And it showed to be good, as the output is changing when closed the vent port in the I/P transducer. That concludes there is no problem with I/p transducer and the controller is also good, as changed similarly from 0% to 100 %.

Please help me to troubleshoot the problem. Meanwhile, I will be working at the field and will notify any more steps i take.

Thanks all, I was able to resolve the problem. There was one terminal that had got rusted and that caused the all problem. After changing terminal block, I/P starting functioning normal.
