Hello.

I have a Yaskawa(SGDH) servo driver with the Yaskawa servo motor. sometimes i can hear a noise from servo motor and the motor becomes hot. when i turn off and turn on again the driver there is no noise. I want to know is it possible the parameters for flux should be adjust again? (because the motor had worked for 3 years). would you tell me please about any parameter setting?

The possible reason for noise is instability of velocity loop usually leading to current ripple with audible noise and therefore for overheating. The right way is take current monitor shape for check a noise frequency. And you can set low pass filter or change Pi-filter for appropriate damping after that as well.
