GE Fanuc rx7i PLC Not Going into Run Mode

CPU gone to halt mode after detecting a fault 'CONTROLLER CPU HARDWARE FAILURE'
ERROR CODE '1200', GROUP 13, ACTION '3:FATAL' TASK NO '0'

And other fault is "NON CRITICAL CPU SOFTWARE EVENT". The fault table is not clearing as CPU is not in run mode. How to go upon to restore the defect using proficy machine edition vrsion 6.0? The 'CPU OK' LED continuously blinking.

ERROR 8097: CONTROLLER CPU HALTED [0 x05][0x94] [0x 15003680] selected memory cannot be cleared. RX 7I ICE 698 CPE 030 USING MACHINE EDITION
