Gas Turbine Rachet/Starting Problems

In the past few days we had problems starting the GT (GE10-B1). Everything ok during crank and warm-up, during acceleration turbine trips due to VFD overcurrent. This problem never happened before, unit has been running for about 10 days.
All vibrations and temperatures are under alarm set point.

Suddenly after start up, during firing the turbine tripped for Shut-off valve mismatch. after shutdown, during while barring gear was on we heard some very loud noises from the compartment, not sure whether it was from the GearBox or from the turbine.

Inlet plenum and exhaust duct have been inspected, nothing strange has been found.

The gearbox has been inspected from the blank flanges and nothing strange appears.

So we tried to start the barring motor, but nothing moves expect the barring motor.
We then found the SSS clutch calibrated bolts broken.

Can anyone advise what can cause these problems or what checks can we make?
