Hydraulic Proportional Valve Pressure

In a hydraulic proportional valve, If the valve is designed say for 350 bar and for this drop in pressure is 20 bar for flow of 80LPM-VG68 oil. Will this drop in pressure remains the same for pump pressure of 80 bar for the same oil?

Please suggest.
