Accessing Web pages on Modicon Momentum PLCs

When I access the web pages on a Momentum PLC I get the Home screen. When I click on a link on the Home screen the JAVA rotating icon appears and then I get an Error at the top LHS side of the screen.

When I request details I get "ClassNotFoundException - com.schneiderautomation.sysdiag.qbf.MomentumCPUApplet"

Any ideas?
