Different Readings in ABB Gas Analyzer

Hi,

In sample gas analyzer (ABB magnos-oxygen analyser) reads different oxygen values in primary and redundant analyser. i.e., primary shows 11% and secondary shows 7%. How to diagnose problem?

Problem exists after nitrogen purging also. please help me to get clear idea of this.
