Inertia Constant for Turbine Shaft

Hi,

I want to know how to calculate the inertia constant for turbine shaft. I simulate the load shading system but I need to have the inertia constant turbine shaft. I think it’s calculate by the power of motor crank, how many fuel need for the full speed no load.

Please help me or guide me a reference to how calculate the inertia constant turbine shaft.
My unit is the Frame 9E MARK V: DLN type & Non-DLN type.
