Antisurge Algorithm for Centrifugal Compressor

I am implementing antisurge control algorithm in Unit Control Panel. I have surge points given in table. But it is taking input from inlet flow element delta P and deicharge pressure, suction pressure, and temp. I need guidance as how manufacturer given compressor map is fitted into this algorithm as it is given as pressure ratio vs flow....
