I have rookie question

Can anyone tell me how to make a backup of PLC code in Rslogix5000 V20.13 such that it has all rung comments and descriptions of variables?

I can see all the data on my machine however if I send .*ACD file to customer it will be without description? What is the optimum way to make sure they can see rung comments and description in a backup of code.

Rs logix 5000 version 19 and below do not store the descriptions in the controller. where starting at version 20 the descriptions get uploaded from the controller and stay with the logix. Sending it *ACD it should keep the description but once loaded in the controller it is lost. You will see it on the original file only and not any uploaded files if it is 19 or lower.
