PID Parameters for 505 Control Turbine

who has worked with the controller 505 control turbine?

help me to adjust PID control parameters:
OFF-LINE PROPORTIONAL GAIN
OFF-LINE INTEGRAL GAIN
OFF-LINE DERIVATIVE RATIO
ON-LINE PROPORTIONAL GAIN
ON-LINE INTEGRAL GAIN
ON-LINE DERIVATIVE RATIO
AUX PID PROPORTIONAL GAIN (%)
AUX PID INTEGRAL GAIN (%)
AUX PID DERIVATIVE RATIO (%)
AUX DROOP (%) .

Working in thermal power plant with 2x15 mw capacity each governor is 505. When both the unit are connected to grid no problem occurs. But as the grid fails one turbine has to be made master and other as slave. Turbine work with mode Auxiliary control, and Turbine governor oscillation.

many times when grid fails, the turbine gets tripped due to oscillation frequency, power oscillation 7, 5 to 10, 5MW; total power of company ~ 9MW.
