hi,
i've a servo motor LT applied in the field. the servo motor LT is 230vac external powered. the level indication signal is required to be terminated in DCS. in addition, the LT is also to be connected to a local indicator (Yokogawa MLX) for field site monitoring.
1. can the MLX be wired in series to the LT? (note that loop powered is not considered for the LT 2-wire signal,since it is externally powered)
2. or using a pullbox (JB), where the 2 wires are from DCS to JB, then to LT. Another 2 wires from LT -> JB -> local indicator.
