Currently, we have Square D ION SCADA system with Square D powerlogic electrical meters.

Information: Large industrial facility. Need to monitor electrical power usage, and bill tenant accordingly.

We are looking for other options for SCADA system for electrical metering.

I know Tridium is an "open" platform which is very popular in HVAC building automation systems.

1) Is there a Tridium-like or open platform for energy management system for electrical meters? Any suggestions?

2) What do most people use today?
