I am currently installing this solution (90 meters to be monitored).
Have downloaded every manual and or publication on the manufacturer website. All of them intricate and hard to read. It was supposed to be an open solution and user friendly, with lots of help from manufacturer. Not my experience. Looking for help with local integrators takes weeks at a time for every question asked. Costs for local support very high. I Keep on looking for accessible support.
Think I found it in a website within US which offers training as webinars: Power Management University. Now I think the best is to acquire the training in this solution BEFORE acquiring it. i.e. buy a course to learn the characteristics of the product that will help. On the other hand I find the product very good.
