Hydrogen Cooled Steam Turbine Generator Seal Oil Dp Hunting?

In our steam turbine generator is hydrogen cooled. We are facing the problem in seal oil DP hunting frequently. We have two pressure regulating valves. Seal oil pump discharge is around5.8 to 6.0 barg. Our seal oil mist eliminator Dp is showing zero and downstream pressure showing 18 mbar.
