Idle Speed of Gas Turbine

Hello Seniors,

I am working with the Centaur 4502 M/s solar Inc, our Gas Producer runs at 15000 RPM and Power Turbine has 15500 RPM I need to ask this why idle speed is 72% I mean unit accelerates itself up to 72% , it might be 80% or 60%?

My second question is that what is critical speed of particular this model?
