Site has 4 servers and each has a license key in the form of a dongle. Ordered two dongles - GE PN 323A4747TQP1 to replace lost ones. The servers recognizes that new hardware is found, but don't recognize what is it, a dongle or a storage device, etc. Control system being used is Mark VI.
Another forum site states Cimplicity 6.1 requires a soft license and not to upgrade as will ask for a dongle. Are dongles required for 6.1? If so, does the dongle include a licensing key and how are they activated. Has anyone else had this problem?
