What are the consequences of failure of Gland Condenser fan of Steam Turbine?
Can it affect the following:
increase the system vibration?
lead to the bearing housing temperature increase?
and contamination of

 

It may increases the system vibration. because, if your not removing the leak off steam, it will accumulate and condense over the bearing housing.

And also chances of mix with lube oil.
