3phase 3 wire 240 volt. ..A phase to ground 240volt...Bphase to ground 0 volts ..C phase to ground 240volt. .leg to leg 240volt where is B phase grounded at?

Typically a Grounded B-Phase System has either the X2 terminal grounded at the transformer secondary or X2 connection is run to the system [first] disconnecting means and treated as a grounded conductor there (i.e. not fused or switched), though there is a variation using a 3-pole, common-trip circuit breaker because it opens all poles on trip including the grounded conductor.

These numbers don't work for the phase. It almost seems like 480 volts
single phase with the center tap grounded.

Sounds OK to me. Sounds like a delta with one corner grounded.

It sounded funky to me at first as well, but it's just 3 240-volt phases with one corner grounded. Sounds like 127/240 3-phase Wye systems I've run into in the past, except it's a Delta not a Wye.

And it is impossible to undo a thumbs-up or thumbs-down. Once there is a thumb, there is no way to have no-thumb :(
