How to evaluate the transfer function of installed control valve Such that:
Output/Input = Stem Displacement / Change in Positioner Input (i.e. 4 to 20 mA) = Delta x (s) / Delta I (s)
Considering, Cv, Kv, Flow Rate, Dead Band, Hysteresis are known.
In text books the available transfer function is the ratio of Flow to controller output (i.e. in pecentage %) but i want it to be the one as shown above (i.e. Delta x (s) / Delta I (s))
What is the general form of Transfer function for such type of input and output and how to find gain (cm/mA) and time constant? Formula if possible?
What will be the order of the transfer function, 1st order or second order?
