No Communication between LM 90 and Fanuc CPU 311

I have got a communication problem between lm90 and GE fanuc cpu311.

When I installed logic master and I start it. then there was a message (warning online offline and monitor key switch is not present). so I m finding difficulty to communicate lm90 and cpu311 . what is the solution for this plz
