MODBUS Link with VFD

14 ABB VFD ACS 310 Communicating with our HMI in built PLC. but whenever the power failure happened, then after some vfd will establish communication others failed. Some technician is required to turn on the search node button to reestablish the communication. Is there any method to automise this issue?
