Base Load without Steam Injection

We have a HITACHI make H25 gas turbine with a capacity of 22MW.
if i select base load option in the HMI with out steam injection is it going to trip the machine?

The only way to know for certain would be to review the program in the turbine control system. GE-design heavy duty gas turbines with conventional combustors which use steam injection for NOx emissions reduction can operate at Base Load without steam injection, but the NOx emissions will be very high and the load will be lower (because of decrease in mass flow because of the lack of steam injection).

If steam injection is only being used for power augmentation, then it should be possible to operate at Base Load without steam injection. But the power output (load) will be less than when steam injection is running.
