Please guide me in a problem.

We are working on Honeywell Experion R410 in which we have combobox by default for selection purpose. Our client need Pushbutton instead of Combobox for which Custom script is needed to be written.

My question is whether its a good practice to make pushbutton through script in honeywell or not?

if not then what should be done?we should stick to combobox or any other route to follow?

A long time ago we ran R510 and had lots of VB script performing functions on "combo boxes" with no problems. It worked very well for 15 years, then we changed out the control system to a different platform and never been as happy since.
