I am upgrading from Panel View to Panel View Plus. Completed all the pages required. Still have one problem.

When the machine has alarm the small "Alarm" screen pops up. I reset the alarm, the alarm message is deleted but the red screen stays, covering the existing screen. Using Factory Talk Studio ME.

What am I doing wrong?
Please help.

I believe this is the intended behavior. In order to make that screen go away, there must be a "Close" button on the screen that is manually pressed. The alarm pop up does not go away automatically.
