Which one is the last release?

Can I replace the last card or anyone?

I/O Board Names are referred to by a 4 letter acronym<pre>
TC xx = Turbine Control xx
EA = Emergency (<P>) core, version A

Full part numbers for IO boards have the following form

DS200 TCQA G1B HF

Prefix: DS200
Board Name: TCQA
Group Number: G1B
Revision: HF
