Gas Turbine VS Gas Combustion Engine

which is more responsive to the continuous fast load fluctuations (0-250KW/sec) the gas turbine or the gas reciprocating engine with the same power rating (1500KVA)?and what is the effect of the fluctuation on both of them?

Is there a minimum load so the gas turbine can run?

Is there any standard talks about this subject?

combustion reciprocation engine can not operate with direct coupling in sync with a grid/other generators. In between a fluid coupling is normally engaged this will cause higher loss.

Gas turbine can be directly coupled and synced with grid/other generators so coupling loss will be less.

For standalone system reciprocation engine is preferred for ease of availability and construction and efficiency.
