Connecting TSX Micro with SCADA IFIX 5.1

i want to establish communication with my scada software IFIX 5.1 and the tsx micro processor. my pc software is windows 7 pro (x64).

i was installed the unitelway manager (in xp mode on the windows 7), but the connection of the uni-telway driver is impossible.
someone know how using ifix to control the tsx micro processor on windows 7?
