The PLC for my extruder keeps kicking the connection and killing the machine. The most common error message is "not enough space on the disk". The PLC will occasionally reset and allow the machine to operate. But in order to reset, you have to kill the main power source twice. I'm certainly not a programmer but I'm scrambling to assist my electrician. Ideas??

 

What make & model of PLC are you dealing with?

 

I'd start by looking for a MCR, a Master Control Relay, and whatever drives its coil.
