Please I need the user guide of the uniform software v3 which is used to configure and monitor the instrument flow meters.I can communicate between the uniform software installed in my laptop and the Q sonic ultrasonic flowmeter of instrument.

As I have said many times on this forum, the best place to obtain user manuals is from the OEM or distributor. I googled Uniform software v3 and found the following link:

Thank you my friend for the link, but I have a problem.

I can not communicate between the QQ sonic ultrasonic flowmeter and the uniform software installed in my laptop either with RS232 cable directly or with the converter RS485/232 and RS232 cable.
