I would like to know the best AVR can be used for changing Manual tap changer to Auto tap changer for step down transformer 6.6/.4 .

 

Ahdash... if you mean, "Can a manually operated tap-changer be switched automatically?", then the usual answer is... it is highly unlikely!

Thanks ,the tap changer has a motor and push button for up and lower the tap changer plus manual lever, I want to modify it to Auto by installing AVR by using same motor and wires.

Any ideas about this?

If the transformer has an motorized on-load tap changer, then using a AVR to automatically control the tap position is possible. Reinhausen has some good tap controllers, TAPCON is one to name.
