We have a O2 Analyzer of Emerson Make of series Oximitter 4000. It is installed in Utility Boiler as supplied by BHEL. Generally Oxygen keep in 3%. But sometimes reading shows 0% for only 10 sec. After that it again regain shows 3%. We did calibration of the O2 and calibration comes successful. But after 3 Days again calibration recommended coming and calibration LED blink.

Please suggest why it shows 0% for a while?

 

You don't per chance have an auto calibration going on?
