Below Problem Found in Rosemount Radar Type Level Transmitter Model No 5301HA1S1V3AM00065CBI1M1Q4.

1) Hold on 100% Level Value
We have cleaned the probe and Zero trim not Possible from the Probe. Please advice what is the problem and how we can rectify it

You have not provided enough information for this forum to help. It is not clear from your description in your post what your problem is. Here are some of the information you could provide:

1. Is this a new unit or an existing one, e.g. did it ever work?

2. What was the original problem with the GWR unit, e.g. level reading incorrectly, problem calibrating, diagnostic alarm, etc..

3. What are trying to do that is a problem (not clear from your post)?

4. What have you done so far besides clean the probe? Swapped transmitters? Cycled power?

The general steps to troubleshooting a problem like this are:

1. Read the manual!

2. Get help from more experienced people in your company.

3. Contact the manufacturer's technical service.

4. Check with on-line forums.

Ans: This is new unit

Ans: 3 Transmitter Level showing 100% Level and 3 Transmitter showing minimum 27% at zero level

Ans: We Cleaned the probe and check by connecting the HART "Maintenance" message showing

Ans:We checked with HART communicator and "maintenance" message appear. Further we cannot do anything. Please advice
