One of my friends asked me a question about a problem in one of their GTCs. (F5)
After 80%RPM the acceleration is too low, as he said sometimes even turbine trips. IGV angle increase to full open near 89%RPM and exhaust temperature is too high (390"C). Normal condition in FSNL is 56" and 340"C.
IGV SRV GCV NGV check and calibration has been done and servo has been replaced and LP speed is normal.
I know these data is not enough. I haven't gone to the site yet (maybe go) but I have really interested to know what are the possible causes.
