in our plant we have GE FRAME 9E. it's issue the FSR reach to 100% and the load 10 mw. can any one tell me where is the problem?

note our GTs operating on sour gas.

What Process Alarms are active during this condition?

When the FSR goes to 100% and the load is very low, there's either a restriction holding back the flow of fuel, or the gas fuel supply pressure is too low, <b>OR</b> the heat content of the fuel is extremely low.

No; it must be the control system--it just has to be the control system. It's always that dang control system--so many wires and so many LEDs and it's just programmed to be unreliable and unhelpful and uncooperative.

But, it couldn't be that there's some restriction in the fuel system, or the supply pressure is too low, or the fuel just doesn't have enough uumph--all of which are caused by the control system. Right?

I think you must look at gas fuel supply. CSA was right. if there is no alarm maybe the gas fuel supply is too low.
