We are using Cimpliicity 6.0 .Trying to replace a crashed Cimplicity viewer HMI With exact same new Hardware. While connecting , getting the following message.

Project was created with a newer of Cimplicity and cannot be opened
Cimplicity is not licensed to run multiprocessor computer

If I remember correctly, CIMPLICITY is "linked" to a microprocessor when it is licensed. And, generally, most PCs have only a single microprocessor.

I believe you need to call GE Intelligent Platforms in North America to get a new license number to be able to transfer the license from one PC (microprocessor) to another. You'll need to provide the existing license number (usually on a diploma-looking paper document which was provided with the original HMI).
