I typically build a test board out of 3/4" ACX plywood and just screw DIN rails and so forth to it. You hang it on a wall with a DC supply, DIN rail space, terminals and so forth, and then you can put together a setup you want to test pretty quickly.
 
The image you posted looks so much like a saw horse, I was confused as to its relative size, until I saw the 14" number.

You might consider wandering around the hardware department of the local home building supply store checking out saw horses for one that might be easily convertible to your size with a cut saw, some drilling and pop riveting. Google brought up this metal legged saw horse at 10% of the cost of the specialty one you showed.

Add some DIN rail, it might be easier on the pocket book.
