I am looking for an intrinsically safe DC power supply with the following specifications:
Safety:
[Ex ia]
4V < Uo > 8.4V
Io >= 200mA
Po >= 1.3W
It will power an Ex ia rated pressure sensor. The sensors has an RS485 Profibus DP output so it requires a DC power supply with these ratings. R. Stahl have [Ex ib] rated supplies that meet the entity parameters but they are only rated ib, eg: 9143/10-065-200-10. The input to the supply may be 24V DC or 230V AC. Since there is no access to an IS Earth Zener barriers cannot be used.
Can anyone help with this?
