Some companies offered used or refurbished gas turbines because its cheaper than the new ones. what are the main points to be checked rather than the running hours and fired times? for example GE frame 5 units.

Metal shaving in oil,
compressor and turbines appearance,
try to find out all incidents,
rotor rundown time,
fuel and oil pumps and filters
