Hello Dheerendar,

A starting point is to decide if the GE Fanuc VersaMax Micro PLC is acting as Modbus RTU master or Slave. There are Siemens solutions for Modbus RTU, but I would suggest using a gateway as it is more cost effective.

As the S7-300 is normally a Profibus master, you will need:
https://www.anybus.com/products/gateway-index/anybus-communicator/detail/anybus-communicator---profibus
If the GE Fanuc VersaMax Micro PLC is acting as Modbus RTU Slave.

And you will need:
https://www.anybus.com/products/gateway-index/anybus-xgateway/detail/anybus-x-gateway-profibus-slave-modbus-rtu-slave
If the GE Fanuc VersaMax Micro PLC is acting as Modbus RTU master.

My 2 cents
