we have 15 MW Steam Alternator,at 5.5 KV. and power transformer 5.5/11.4 KV (Ynd-11) rated current 1259 /607 Amp. when we switch ON transformer from 5.5KV side, Generator tripped on Short Circuit Fault with Current 1213 - 3259 - 2862 Amp (same time Generator running at 2 MW). please suggested us what we do safe startup of Transformer?
