Anyone know the droop and frequency dead-band specs for a GE frame 5 simple cycle single shaft with Mark I speedtronic controls? Trying to answer PJM GO Survey/Data request. I think droop is 4% from manuals I read - Not sure how to confirm it. Can't find frequency dead-band spec anywhere.
