Load Reactor Failure in Variable Frequency Drive
Repeated failure of load reactor on variable frequency drive

I wonder why the load reactor fixed to LV sinamic drive is failing. Drive is feeding to small 6.3KW/460V motor. Recently load reactor was showing low insulation values. It was replaced after checking motor winding resistance, insulation resistance, power cable IR and all found ok. The load reactor has failed three times.

Any ideas to find root cause?
